Glyn Huelin (Head of Housing Repairs & Improvement) further offered to provide a full response to the March West Area Panel. (From previous minutes) The Head of Housing Income, Supply & Customer Service offered to look in to a report conduced in to MEARS, it was stated that a response would be forwarded to residents. Bethan has confirmed this response was provided as follows: Contractor review The review of some aspects of our contract with Mears was conducted  during 2017/2018 and the report to Housing Committee was in June 2018, and  can be viewed via the council website at Housing & New Homes Committee of 13^th June 2018. The Council also consulted widely with residents before considering options for what was then future delivery of repairs and maintenance services – and is now the insourced service we have.
